20180911 LT Ozone instrument turned on. (additional notes within)
- Ozone instrument stopped streaming data on Sunday, 9/9/2018 because it turned "itself" off. On Monday morning the power was cycled on and off, and it turned on.

Sample flow decreased substantially on Saturday afternoon about 6 PM CST, so the instrument was set to "maintenance mode."
