20180911 LT Ozone instrument turned on. (additional notes within)

- Ozone instrument stopped streaming data on Sunday, 9/9/2018 because it turned "itself" off. On Monday morning the power was cycled on and off, and it turned on.

Sample flow decreased substantially on Saturday afternoon about 6 PM CST, so the instrument was set to "maintenance mode."

1. Converter temp low, 0 C/300 C minimum
2. Sample flow low: 0.156 LPM/ 0.200 LMP minimum

Cylinder pressures:
CO2: 2.076%, 2000 psig
NO: 4.95 ppm, 500 psig
CO: 25.90 ppm, 1750 psig
NO2: 4.91ppm, 1740 psig

-Changed particle sample filers
-Cleaned cooling fan filters
-Checked the compressor drain
-Checked anemometer for bad bearings
-Checked vacuum pumps for chafing tubing
-Checked that molybdenum NOy converter temp is holding at 320 C
-Replaced IR sensor in CO instrument
-Replaced O3 flow sensor
