20191011 Ozone instrument sample line fitting
Ozone was not reading normally, disconnected and reconnected sample line resolved issue, instrument had been sampling inside the trailer (60ppb).
20191010 Ozone pump failure.
On arrival temp inside trailer was very cold, temp was at 67F set to 60F. Terailer smelled heavily of Ozone. Door was opened and AC was set to 80F. (Eugenia) Replaced Ozone instrument diaphragm, instrument was turned back online.

20190930 CO Fans Replaced
CO instrument was shut down at 12:13 CST to replace bench fan, and exhaust fan.
Instrument was restarted at 13:01 CST. New fans are slightly lower wattage, they no longer had same model of fans for sale online. Wires for the fans had to be clipped to remove connector, and were connected to fans using screw terminal blocks.

20190924 NOy Pressure Spike
Over the weekend NOy pressure gradually increased to ambient pressure until Sunday when pressure suddenly dropped back to normal. Tuesday Daniel Bahrt went on site to investigate potential cause. The exhaust line from the NOy pump had some droplets of hardened residue inside and looked like it had been blocked off then blown back out. Ozone Catalyst at the end of the pump may need to be replaced.

20190903 CO Fan failure
Started receiving high temperature alerts, trailer temp was fine, co instrument had temp bouncing from 35C to 45C. Upon opening the instrument all 3 fans were not working properly. The bench fan was spinning slowly (like a stepper motor) and was visually cracked open. The exhaust fan was also clicking as it slowly ran. All 3 fans were hot and the instrument was warm to the touch. The instrument was shut down and restarted at 15:22CST to test. Bench fan was determined to be dead and was replaced by a fan from an O3 analyzer instrument located in 403. 2 Fans need to be ordered and installed to replace the clicking exhaust fan and the bench fan. The instrument has not had all fan screws reinstalled, but was restarted in maintenance mode.

20190902 AC Outage
High instrument temperatures indicated possible AC outage. When Daniel arrived onsite temperature inside the trailer was 114F and AC was not running. The door was opened to let the air cool and HVAC was called. HVAC was able to arrive that day so it was decided not to shut down the site. HVAC said that they replaced an alternator. Daniel stopped by again later to verify the temperature had dropped. Inside temp was 94F and cool (not cold) air was blowing from the vents.

20190718 NO Zero air Valve troubleshoot
Zero air valve had previously been connected to the AUX connection on the motherboard, this was wrong and moved to the SAMPLE connection after verifying with multimeter. Daqfactory did not have proper sequences or commands to zero NO. The sequence "Auto_Zero_NO" was re-written with proper commands for the instrument and was turned on. The sequence is not currently changing the baseline, and that will have to be written in there when next available.
